Hai all. Ive got a flat neck cham and want to know what kind of fruits and veggies i can give him and how? THanx!

You probably have a flap-neck cham. They may not eat fruits or veggies if the cham is wildcaught. You could offer chunks of fruit or fresh greens clipped to the mesh of the cage, but don't be surprised if it isn't eaten. If you provide some of this in your feeder dish it might get picked up that way and the cham may learn to eat them.
