Fogger or Mister for other species?

As most of you know, I have a veiled cham. In his cage I have a mistking.

Currently working on setting up an enclosure for a Chinese Water Dragon. I was wondering if a fogger would be sufficient to maintain humidity, or if you think a mister is needed? I know CWD's don't have to drink from the leaves the way chams do, so I was wondering if there is any real benefit to going with a mister, or if that would be overkill... Setup will be enclosed except for perforated top. Will have an aquarium for swimming, etc, and there will be substrate to help hold the humidity (they need 75-80% from what I hear)

I've used home-made ultrasonic foggers for my Malaysian leaf frogs very successfully. They don't like being splattered with water drops but do want higher humidity. I'll see if I can find a pic of my breeding setup for 12 frogs with its fogger attachment. It might look a little odd, but the frogs loved it.

As CWDs need a big water area isn't it necessary to heat the water somewhat? Heating a larger amount of water should help keep the tank humidity higher right? You could always test with hand spraying first, and if that doesn't maintain the level you want a fogger could fill in the gaps when you aren't home.
