Fogger maintenance.

So I am upgrading the cages and took a look at the chameleon potcast to use as reference for what kinda figger I should get.
But there they said that you should or atleast that they pick out the tubing that feed the fog to the cage and let it dry out? Does anyone do this? It's the first time that I heard that you should pick out the fogger tubing at let it dry.

I think what they’re referring to, is directly ditching the original ribbed tube and replace it with regular, smooth surface, PVC piping. If angle this towards the fogger, you want have any water retaining in the tube. Because this water and the temps on top of the enclosure will cause bacterial growth in it. The ribbed tube is notorious for it, because water will get trapped in it.

This is how I have done it https://www.chameleonforums.com/threads/fogger-tube-modification.181357/
