Fixtures and lighting please help

Ahhh right thanks so much Melissa B, saved me a lot of time, what basking bulb and dome do you recommend? also a link for a timer for all my lights?

You're welcome. :)

I use a 10 inch ceramic base metal dome light from the hardware store, they're about $10. Don't get the plastic base type, they can only handle lower wattages of bulbs. For the few extra dollars, it's worth it for the ceramic base fixture.
For bulbs for the heat lamp, I use regular incandescent light bulbs. I stocked up on them before the local stores sold them out. I still grab them if I see them on sale. :) On my smaller cage (18x18x36) I use a 60 watt bulb, on the taller one (24x24x48) I use a 100 watt that's attached to a plug in dimmer so I can raise and lower the temp depending on the season. For the smaller cage, I just change the wattage of the bulb if I have to.
You'll have to play around with the wattage to get a good basking temp, without getting it hot enough to burn your chameleon. They will sit in too hot of a spot until their internal temp is where they want it, and it can lead to awful burns, so you need to be careful. A digital thermometer is your best bet. I have two digital thermometers with probes, inside the cage. One at the basking spot and one lower down for the ambient temp. I also use a temp gun to double check what the temps are. I highly recommend getting one, they make it easier to make sure your temps are good.
The timer I'm using for some of my lights is this one from home depot:

1/2 the outlets are on the timer and half are "on" all the time. If you do get this timer power strip, keep in mind, it has to "run" through a day before it kicks in. So if you set your on and off times, it won't start turning on and off until the next day, then it works normally. So far it's been working great. I have it set up for my pygmy tank and my gecko set up.
