Fixture

I would suggest you contact Todd at Lightyourreptiles, which is a sponsor. He knows lighting.

You would want at least a double bulb fixture so you can have 1 bulb be a 6500k plant light.

10.0 may be too much, depending on how well you plant the enclosure.

CHEERS!

Thanks Nick!

We are getting more of these fantastic 24" double bulbs in in about ONE WEEK.

They are High Out-put Flo. Lights.

FYI:
On a 24 x24 x 48 cage one 18" t8 bulb would make for an environment that is TOO DIM.
Sadly, many reptiles are severely under-lit and live in a perpetual state of S.A.D. (seasonal affective disorder).
But we are trying to help educate people about that... so thank you Nick for helping illuminate the hobby!!
:)

These are sold out due to unprecedented demand that was OFF THE HOOK!
But more are on the way!
They will be in in about 7-10 days.

These were developed with a Full Spectrum daylight bulb and an Arcadia 6% UVB HO t5 bulb. :)
Usually, the 6% HO t5 is enough UV --
because a HO t5 6% bulb is **stronger** than the old T8 10.0 bulbs!
Cheers.
Todd
