Fixture for 18inch Reptisun 5.0?

Curious what fixtures other members use for this size bulb?

Walmart has a cheap $7 fixture i use. It says it is for under a cabinet and comes with like a plastic shield. I leave the plastic off and just use aluminum foil to reflect the light into the cage. I use a 18" too by the way! You can also get a fish aquarium hood from a store.

Got some more info on the fixture. Its made by lights of america and its called a 18 inch undercabinet portable light. it sales for 7.68 at walmart! It comes in like a yellow package! Hope this helps!

I had a cheap under-cabiet fixture from Home Depot. It worked fine but it did not really have a hood on on it to reflect the light straight down. And the on/off switch was located on the bottom of the fixture. I ended up getting this one from LLL reptile. It's more expensive but it does a better job reflecting the light down into the cage and it looks a lot nicer too.

i use the one from lllreptile for my beardie...too expensive so next one ill buy will be the walmart one for shure.

Yea thats it i just take of the plastic thing that covers the light. Sit it on top of the cage and put a piece of aluminum foil to reflect it down. It works great. Best of all. if it goes out walmart will swap it everytime.

I have a timer on mine so i don't ever switch it off. If i want to my timer as a manual override button on it.
