First waxworm for my 3.5-4month old panther..

Hi thought i would try to see if my young panther wanted to try a waxwrom for the first time

This is his reaction lol, first time he has ever puffed up i have had him from 10 weeks old.

Then after a few mins of staring at it.

He likes them now lol.

Coming up to 4 months old now give or take a week, his colours only appeared a few weeks back and are getting better each week,

Awwww! Bless him! They are such funny creatures with their odd ways, lol! He'll definitely know what a waxie is next time you offer him one! Amy comes running to the front of her cage when she spies waxworms, lol!

Lol same with my female Veiled i honestly think she remembers what the pot they come in look like, as its black with a yellow lid, and she comes out from no where when i have it near her setup, lol funny things

Yeah! I'm sure Amy recognises the pot too! Lily used to as well. Females can be way too greedy if you let them! Tommy is not really fussed with food - he'll only eat when he wants to, bless him!

yeah for definate, my female is a greedy guts for sure compared to my male, i can put food in his feeder cup he will leave it for a while,

where as she will be trying to get them, as soon as they are tipped and im quite sure she would eat as many as i could put in there,

She probably would! There are so many differences between male and female (other than the obvious ones)! I now have to hide Amy's food from her until I have her door open, otherwise she would try and shoot it through the glass door! She just runs to the front with her tongue sticking out ready, lol! Either she is very greedy or I am not feeding her enough!
