It is kinda hard to tell from your pic, but the males have little points or spurs on the back of their back heels. If yours does not, then it is a female. Females can lay eggs without mating and you will need to get her a laying bin from about 4 months of age on. First lets determine if you have a female and we can tell you what to do.
