First Ambilobe

Hey everyone!

This is Ichabod a blue-barred Ambilobe, now 10 weeks old -- I got him two weeks ago. Eating and drinking well, I think he'll turn out rather pretty but I guess we just have to wait and see! When should I be expecting his first shed?

I posted an ad on Kijiji, and a guy who gets his from a local breeder contacted me Picked him up the next week.

If those are one of chromas, you have a beautiful,healthy blue barred on your hands!!! Harry is a superb breeder.

Nope, unfortunately not Harry. It was someone who works with panthers somewhere here in London, and I got him through a middle man because he was picking up several for himself at the same time and reserved one for me. The sire was a beautiful WC, but I can't seem to find where I left the picture..

What a cutie you have! You can expect babies to shed every 2-3 weeks, while adults shed less frequently and sometimes not all at once, loosing their skin over several days to a week.
