Fertile problem

Hello everyone.
I need some help or advice due to my problem.
The problem is that my Tamatave F.pardalis male is unable to fertile females when they are receptive.
He started mating about 8 months. He copuleted few times but female laid 15 unfertile eggs.
9 months old and mating with different female. 30 eggs. Survive only 6. Rest after 1 month of incubation start to mold and collapse down.
11 months old and mating with same female. This time 32 eggs but after 2 weeks of incubation they start to mold. Again only 6-7 will survive.

Everytime matings are long ( about 2 weeks) before female show gravid coloration. Diffrent males(Ambilobe, Nosy be) doesn't have that problem. One day is mating and next day it's gravid coloration.
Do you have any idea what is wrong?? to young ?? What to do ??
My only answer to the problem is to add witamin E to suplementation but I don't know how offen and how much. I suplement males 0,5 -1 time per week.

Chameleon Info:

Your Chameleon - F.pardalis Tamatave male currently about 1 year old
Handling - rarely
Feeding - mostly cricets, sometime superworm and luctus
Supplements - Ca without D3 zoomed. 3 times/ week. Reptizoo witamins + d3 0,5-1/week
Watering - spraying
Fecal Description - ok, every 6 months test for parasites
History - arraived in my breeding stock when was 3 months old.

I think that it's male problem and his sperm. 15% of eggs is fertile. Long mating time and no gravid coloration in females suggest me that it's fertailization problem.
Witamin E --> 225 mcg of selenium showed improvements in sperm motility. MayoClinic.com reports that how well your sperm are able to move directly impacts your fertility as sperm need to be able to make their way over distances to fertilize an egg, and motility helps them to this.
It works in breeding birds and different animals.

I am still thinking and I have no idea what to do. I just started to think that mating was to late and male was unable to fertile, but secong egg laying should be ok. Problem was repated. Is it possible that male is to young?? He is 11 months old now.

Breeding chameleons should be at least 18 months old before breeding. True, there is less demand on a male, than female, but most still recommend waiting. I have seen males produce 100% hatch rates at 6-8 months old. I would double check your female's keeping and egg incubation. Way too early on him.
