My female panther isn't using her dig box should I be doing something else. I have a 12" by 12" washed playsand pot in her enclosure. I am not sure if she has eggs or not. Still isn\'t eating and have her on reptaid. I made a few holes with my finger so there only a few inches deep. She just sleeps all morning and stays under basking light. She used too go to the other side to take a drink or lick water drops. I haven't gotten any food in her by syringe because I don't wanna damage her lip like I did in a area. Getting her a new cage bigger soon maybe tomorrow depends on what the stores have yea petsmart. She also seems to be using her tail to grab her back legs. Her balance isnt like it was.

It doesn't seem to click in some females I have numerous females that I didn't realize was gravid with and infertile clutch until they dropped them all over their enclosure crazy thing is there are planted plants in all of my females enclosures. Try the bucket laying bin. Some take to them right away, while others might need a few trips to the bucket depending how far along they are. Some even require you help out by starting a small tunnel for them. Good luck!

Thanks ill need it and you mean a 5 gallon bucket right? What do you use for potted plants as safe soil. I have two plants but I know the soil isn't safe with pellets. If you could provide name and info with soil products you use is appreciated. I heard I could use the dirt from the outside ground. I don't know doesn't seem safe to me. I just want the best for my female. Thanks very good info...

It sounds like to me she is sick and in need of a vet.

With the process I been facing with her probably. I just think she's way to small for eggs and over a year old. I don't know have to try my best and see what happens. She's only three inches nose to vent. Her tail is always curl so I never go by that. Am doing things to help her but keeping stress factor as low as I can.
