I heard that right after a chameleon mates they turn brown with blue and green and yellow spots my female mated yesterday and is not turning that color the female is 13 months and the male is 14 months

If you show her to the male you will likely see the color. Don't put them together...just let them see each other and watch for the reactions. If she sways from side to side, hisses, gapes, etc then she's not receptive and should turn dark colors.
