i shoot Nikon D200 SLR.... what shutter speed was this shot at?

I am not 100% sure, I just bought the Nikon J1 and I am not familiar with photography at all, I think it was 1/60... I can't figure out how to get a good picture without motion blur. I was able to set it to max 1/16,000 but any time I take a pic, it comes out so dark even though the room had adequate light.

Exposure: 0.013sec (1/80)
ISO Speed: 3200

If you have any pointers for me please let me know (pm me)
