Female Jackson not eating

Hello all,
New guy to the forum here and I have been lurking/reading thru all the different forums and this site is a wealth of knowledge. Thank you to all that contribute. I recently liberated a pair of jackson's from deplorable condition's at a local pet shop. I won't go into details other than 10 gallon glass aquarium with 1 perch and a 100w basking light....UGH! I have had chams before, veileds and panthers. Anyway, got them home and immediately started rehab. They were of course supremely dehydrated and were drinking like crazy. I introduced food the following day and they both ate sparringly. Well it has been about 10 days now and the male seems to be doing great. He is eating like a horse and seems much much better.
The female on the other hand is up and down. She was eating but now I have not seen her eat in a couple days. She is still actively drinking and cruising her cage but am not sure why she isn't eating. After looking at pics here and on the web I believe she is gravid and want to make sure she is getting the proper nutrition.

Your help is greatly appreciated!!!!!

Hi, Its hard to say if they came from horrible condition as to why she may not be eating. Only thing you can do from this point is to give extra care. I would bump your mistings to a 10-15 minute morning misting and then 3 more 3-5 minutes mistings throughout the day.

They are not housed together correct?

Are they in a high traffic area?

Be careful with the calcium with D3. Jacksons are not tolerant to the over supplementation.

I would also go no higher than a 40 watt bub for basking. Unless your room temp is in the low 60's. How are you monitoring temps?

Pictures would be helpful.

They are not housed together or in a high traffic area. I know about the d3 from reading here. Not sure what they had gotten if anything prior to my acquiring them so figured I would give them a little boost as I'm sure they were not receiving anything.

I am measuring temps with a thermometer mounted about 3 inches below the light but will change them out to 40's.

I'll get some pics as soon as I can.

Thats great. MAny jacksons seen in pet stores and at shows are wild caught. I would recommend taking their next stools in for analysis.

Here is a pic of her.
