so about a week ago i moved my female jackson into her own enclosure. she hasnt eaten since and today i came home and she was on the floor of the enclosure. her grip is still strong and she doesnt look skinny at all. she is also still drinking though so i know she isnt dehydrated. idk what could be wrong

Just because she is drinking doesn't mean she isn't dehydrated. You should fill out the how to ask for help form and make sure you give temps.

Current Problem - female hasnt eaten since put in new enclosure a week ago. found her on the floor of enclosure when i got home today. eyes are very slightley sunken in

Your husbandry seems perfectly fine. Maybe add calcium powder without d3 every day, though. The not eating could just be a result of boredom with her food. Try switching it up a little and see if she takes to some other feeders. Unless she is consistently laying on the cage floor I wouldn't be too worried about her roaming down there occasionally.

okay thanks. yeah i would give her different food but it is wayyy hard to find anything else out here. another thing though is that i sometimes find her sleeping during the day. my male never does this. its funny cause when she was in the enclosure with the male she was acting fine. she was eating and roaming around and now she doesnt roam as much and hasnt been eating

sleeping during the day is not a good sign. Maybe try a 5.0 tube instead of the 10.0. Could be the 10.0 is bothering her eyes. Just a guess but is worth a try. She might not be sleeping buy just closing her eyes.

Agreed. It is a relatively small cage so the 10.0 probably isn't necessary. Like carol said the light could be hurting her eyes. 10.0 has been said to have some detrimental effects on eye site so a step down to a 5.0 couldn't hurt in a cage that size.

Oops, brain failure on my part. Mea culpa. Sorry ChamMan7.
Hmmm, I hope it's just temporary.........

ChamMan7 is mistaken about the D3. Please don't give her D3 more than 2x a month--it can make a Jackson's develop serious health problems. They are sensitive to oversupplementation.
For panthers or veileds and other non-montane chams D3 more often is ok.

Re read my post. I said give calcium without d3 more often, not calcium with d3
