Female Blind in One Eye

So I just got offered a great deal on a female ambilobe whom is blind in one eye. She is fully functioning and a great eater. If I breed her will the defect be passed on to the next generation??

if it is a birth defect. I would not breed her. She could very well pass it on to the offspring.

Only time I would breed a female like this, is if it was an injury that caused the blindness.
