Female Ambilobe panther Chameleon

definitely fill out the form listed above it will make finding the problem much easier and we will be able to help! generally not being able to climb/ grip well is caused by a health issue of some sort

Her nails may be worn down. I have females that do the same but catch themselves with their tail. i kept a sambava in a 30 gallon tank til she was a year old and she didnt have the option to climb so her nails are perfect. Another plus is that she doesn't have a wall climbing habit now.

As chams get bigger, they can have a hard time climbing screen.

PLease fill out the form, but check her nails, if she is missing any, or they are very long, or short, it can cause issues.

she most likely cant climb the mesh cage because her claws are worn down. its pretty common to be pooped on, if they gotta go they gotta go and they dont care if you are there or not!
it would be great if you would fill out the form, please, we would like to know all that info so that we can determine if anything else is going on to cause her to fall or her nails to be worn down

you copy and paste it into a reply to this thread, then fill in your answers, its best to leave the questions in there and then put your answers after the question in the same line so you dont miss anything.

example:Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care? veiled, male, 9 months old. been in my care 2 months.
