Its best as a treat only a couple a month as they are low in nutrition but high in water content. They cannot be used as a staple feeder, really no worms can, roaches and crickets as staples. Everything else can be treats. Now if you need a quick hydration attempt i like to feed hornworms when my chams for some reason might not get alot of water and it works like a charm. Thanks I’ve been giving him 7 crickets and 1 hornworm but will only give as treat from now on

Id give atleast 10 properly sized crickets, or as much as he can eat in half an hour to and hour, 7 may not be enough since hornworms are only a treat
