Feeders

I have an adult male Panther- what is an ideal amount and type of food to feed him? Also, do you have a favorite place to buy feeders online?

I have had him about a week and have fed him the Super Worms only. I know I need to vary his diet, so I was wondering what is ideal. I read somewhere that Super Worms should be fed on occasion, not as a staple.

Dubious, hornworms, silkworms, crickets are excellent feeders to rotate through. My panther tears up hornworms, their like juicy gummy bears to them!

As far as amounts go, it depends on how he currently looks. Whe I got my guy, he was extremely skinny, and malnourished. He refused hornworms and silks at first an would only eat crickets. Now that he'll eat anything I give him, I feed him every other day.

I'll put 6-10 3/4" crickets/dubias in his cup and I'll put 3-4 horns or silks in on a branch. If he doesn't eat them all I take them out.

Someone else may have a better suggestion since I'm still learning.
