Feeder variety

I want to purchase some online feeders for my Panther. I already have crickets and I give him Meal worms apparently to often which I will change. What is the next best thing on the list to add to his diet. Two more feeders would be fine. Where is a recommended online store? Some one said Mulberry farms is good. Also when I purchase, lets say silk worms or horned worms. How many does a panther eat daily? (I also have two bearded Dragons which I would like to feed them with the same feeders). Do I need to buy separate chow for the worms? Should I buy eggs or small med??? Also what can I gut load them with besides fresh veggies? I was told not to give my Panther super worms, apparently they can become impacted, is this true? He is 8 months old. Any advise is greatly appreciated!

How big is your Panther? If he's relatively young, I'd say Phoenix worms are good. My veiled *loves* the phoenix worms. I vouch for them, and I'm sure others can help you on other feeder choices. :)

Edit: I order my Phoenix worms from Mulberry.

I think he is 8 months old I am trying to find out exactly how old, but the store where I purchased it from is iffy about the date. They said they would look it up. He came from Fl Chams and I called there but missed his return call. I think he was at the show in Ca and busy so I will try again next week.

What do you feed them?
Do you gut load them like a cricket? I see Mulberry sells chow for all their insects. Do I need that or just greens. Dam Crickets are like para nah they eat almost anything.

I would suggest having no fewer than 6 prey items, at the very least.
You are right that mealworms should make up no more than about 10% of your chameleons diet, unless you are also using a lot of soft-bodied feedres.

In addition to crickets and mealworms, you might add silkworms, butterworms, superworms, indian walking sticks, hissing roaches, dubia roaches, other roaches, hornworms, moths, blue bottles, ...
see this list for more ideas: https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/74-feeders.html

know that silkworms do not have to eat only mulberry leaves or chow - you can also feed them dandelion leaves, grape vine leaves and more. But 50% of the silkworm diet should be mulbery based.

I feed my mine crickets and dubias as staples. I have hornworms, butterworms, super worms, and silkworms as treats for variety. I got all my worms from mulberry farms but I got my roaches from forum members and crickets from lazy h bait.

Phoenix worms are unusual in that you don't actually need to feed them or dust them with vitamin powder. They go nuts for butternut squash though, which is a very good high calcium gutload item.
