just wondering if you follow the "no longer then there head is wide" rule for soft bodied insects like silkworms and hornworms?

I only am really careful about feeding smaller insects to babies.

The longer the bug, the fatter the body often is too! Choaking is a real risk! If the bug is real skinny like a stick insect I will often go by something a little longer than the space between the chameleons eyes.
