Feeder Equivalency

Does anyone have a pretty good idea of how different feeders satisfy a chameleon's appetite? I know that a superworm contains more fat than a cricket and a hornworm would contain more calcium and moisture than the both of them, but what is a good way of knowing how many feeders to give out in a day? Currently, I give my chameleon (5-6 months old) at least 10 crickets a day. When I feed supers and hornworms I might lower the cricket count to 7.

Below is the kinda thing I'm talking about (ignoring nutritional differences, i.e. crickets have more protein)

1 superworm = x crickets
1 blue bottle fly spike = x crickets

A juevenile male should eat as much as they want. I'd limit superworms because chameleons tend to get addicted to them. They aren't terrible feeders, but a staple of roaches and crickets should be given around 80% of the time due.
