A bullet shot during New Year's Eve celebrations has tragically killed four-year-old boy Marquel Peters.
What a tradgety, and who think a falling bullet would have enough velocity to not only peirce the church roof but kill somebody. Very sad.
What kind of fruitcake goes around firing an Ak47 in the air. (or any gun for that matter). All guns should be banned.
