I am currently taking care of my boyfriend's brothers chameleons and I noticed today that the female eyes are sunken in, I have two chameleon (female veiled and male panther) I know that it is not good, but I am unsure what needs to be done to help her. I just brought them into my house yesterday. I am concerned for her and need help asap! thank you!!!

Can you post a pic? also sunken eyes can be a sign of dehydration.
What color are her urates?

Here are two pictures, and I do not know about the fecal because I just got her & there is another chameleon with her, and yes I do know not to put two of them together but that is how he has been keeping them. Mine are seperate!

I compared them to my chameleon and they are def sunken in, and I can't say what color it is. Because I just got her

Her eyes don't stick out past her head, my other chameleon's eyes stick out about a 1/4 inch out of her head. Maybe it's the pictures but to me they are very sunken in

I really think she looks pretty good.
I think you are being crazy cham sitter, (like we all tend to get).

I acctually recently aquired a female velied with the same problem. Although yours seems to already be established since you are just watching it for a few days.

It mostlikely is from being dehydrated, but to me her eyes dont look but. That may just be the picture though. The only way to be sure is to look at her urates. If they are bright yellow thats the problem. You could ask your boyfriend and see what he says.
