day- 80 night- 75 i have a heat gauge
80 degrees basking or ambient. I would try to drop the temp to about 70 at night if possible
* Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
i can get the humidity to 80 but it only stays for about 20 minutes after i spray it.
* Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind? i use live plants, not sure what kind they are
Certain plants are toxic to chameleons if they eat them. Some plants also secrete which could get into your chams eyes or mouth. Check out this list any make sure you have safe plants for him or her. https://www.chameleonforums.com/plants/
* Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor? its located in my kitchen its not near any vents or fans

* Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care? i have a 2 month veiled chameleon, had her for a month and i think she is about 2 months old.
* Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon? about 20 minutes a day
Chameleons do not like to be handled generally speaking. This can stress them out severely. I recommend only handling when necessary.
* Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders? im feeding her crickets, about 5 of them a day. i feed them collard greens

* Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
You need to get supplements a.s.a.p if you have not already. I use Calcium w/d3, calcium w/o d3, herptivite, and reptivite w/d3.
* Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking? i use cups with tiny holes poked on the bottom of them and i fill them up so they will drip. i spray the cage about twice a day

* Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites? her fecal is normal and no she has not been tested for parasites yet
