Eye Problems: Please Help!

I have a 2 yr old female ambilobe with severe eye problems. It started in her left eye and has now, pretty suddenly moved to the right. They are very swollen and I have found her rubbing them against the cage. She seems relieved and enjoys when I drop warm water on her eyes. First visit to the vet I was prescribed 2 antibiotics and an anti-inflamatory which I gave to her orally. I gave her those for the prescribed 2 weeks and they didn't seem to help her at all. Upon the 2nd visit I was prescribed and am currently giving her eye drops of ofloxacin and flurbiprofen, which I continue to give her and have seen no marked improvement, and additionally, as said before the problem has moved to her right while giving her the drops. I feed her a steady diet of crickets and dubias which I gutload with Flukers and Cricket Crack, fruits and vegetables. She has a 2 ft by 4 ft cage with a power sun 100 watt bulb and habitat mister. She is supplemented by calcium D3 and Herptavite multi vit. twice a week.
I've already been to the vet twice and have spent close to $300 in bills. Is there any advise someone can give me? Is lancing to relieve pressure necessary? (you will be able to see the very visable swelling in the attached pics) I am concerned she is losing her depth perception as she has been unable to hunt on her own (a picture of the cage is attached) and I have been handfeeding. Any help is greatly appreciated!

she either has:

1. Retained shed stuck in the turrets. It is not too common for them to do this to both eyes but i can see it happening.

2. Sinus infection

If that is what you are doing that is way too much D3. You should be giving those 2 supplements no more than twice a month. The rest of the time you should be using Calcium with no D3. Check my caresheet that I sent to you with the Spock boy you got. Here is what I do for supplementation

Supplements-
I use 4 types of supplements: Rep-cal calcium phosphate free without D3, Repashy Calcium Plus (all-in-one), Rep-cal Herpivite multi-vitamins, Miner-All I (indoor formula). Below is the schedule I follow.

Nearly every feeding- Repashy Calcium Plus (all-in-one), with light dusting! Do not overcoat the feeders. A light dusting is all that is required. I skip 1 day a week with no dusting and give straight insects.
Once a week - Rep-cal calcium phosphate free without D3 again lightly dusted.
Once a month- Rep-cal Herpivite multi-vitamins lightly dusted
Once a month- Miner-All I (indoor formula) lightly dusted.
I alternate the supplements for the last 2 on Friday of each week as follows.
Friday week 1- Rep-cal Herpivite multi-vitamins lightly dusted
Friday week 2 - No Supplement
Friday week 3- Miner-All I (indoor formula) lightly dusted.
Friday week 4 - No Supplement

I didnt read your post sorry.

If it is debris in the eye. No medication is going to help and thats why it hasnt at this point. Did the vet test the fluid in the eye if they think it is a infection?

I cant help much with the eyes, but your D3 usage might nit be and issue depending on what brands you use. I would use the multivitamin much less though. Twice a month is usually what is recommended.

How much are you misting? I find that long mistings (15 -20 minutes - sometimes more - in the morning and then shorter late in the day) are needed. In addition to drinking all mine like to clean out their eyes while getting misted.

I would try long daily showers as well as cut back on the supplements.

I really appreciate all of the helpful comments. First and foremost I am going to cut back on the supplements and try and mirror Reptoman's supplement schedule (I will make sure and look closer at your care document you sent with our new cham). From what you all have been telling me it doesn't appear as if I am misting as much as necessary. My plan is to mist more, shower her and try massaging with a damp q-tip. I had noticed some discharge that came out when I did that earlier this evening and she appeared very calm and soothed by it (must've felt pretty good). Hopefully these measures will help and she will soon get better. I will make sure to update. Thanks!

My veiled had almost the same problem, Vet had me doing a culture to see exactly what kind of bacteria was in her mouth, since if their is an infection in their mouth, it easily spreads to their eyes. His Dr prescribed him some strong antibiotics and it since then has been doing good. My dr also told me before the culture that Vit A deficiency can cause eye problems.
