Eye infection?

Hello i have a two year old yemen cham who i has one eye that seems blocked by something.

Can anyone advise
He also has no power in his tongue, has to slowly approach the insect to take it with his toung out.

Any suggestions what it could be?

Does that eye actually have something covering the lens?

What supplements do you use and what is your schedule of use?
