I agree with Kinyonga. The eye encrustation concerns me. Also the slight parting of the mouth like that can be sign of MBD, which softens bones. I would recommend a trip the vet for a check up and bloodwork to look at calcium levels. His elbows don't look soft, but if he is not closing the front of his mouth, there is obviously an issue. Have you looked at the gum tissue to make sure that it is not swollen or discolored?

He is a panther chameleon, age 3 1/2 years old, I've had him since sept 14.
He is handled generally every day if he wants to come out and go on his free range and we usually have some excercise early evening, when my house is quieter.
My supplements have changed a great deal lately as he has not eaten for two months due to a vitamin A defeieicny, which he was receiving weekly multivit injections at the vet and having 1ml of critical care each day.
I also was giving him reptoboost each day and liquid calcium in his water.
I mist his cage twice a day and he drinks from a sports bottle.
His fecal ob has not been good lately as he has not been eating, it's been very jelly like.
He has a wooden tall viv, think its 3 1/2 foot vivexotic with extra vents I have put in it, he does spend a lot of time on his free range tree which has a compact uv bulb and heat lamp.
His basking,spot is 90 then 80 ambient, I use a 60 w bulb and a reptisun 5 in his cage.
I only use fake plants but manage to keep the humidity at around 60/70 most of the day
I'm in the UK and it's pretty cold at the moment, so no chance of going outside
I usually dust prey every feed with calcium
Using reptivite twice a month with d3
I've just ordered some sticky tongue miner all
