Enclosure size help

hey everybody,

I currently have my little guy (veiled), in a aquarium and I know its bad. He's about 5 weeks old and I have a screen enclosure but its a 2x2x4. I have been cleaning his tank now every weekend and have been misting 2 times a day allowing plenty of time before misting sessions for the enclosure to dry. The temp situation has been very decent in the aquarium, his perch (depending on if the air conditioning is on) ranges from 91-94.

I have his screen enclosure already set up haha, I just don't know if he will have a hard time finding his food.

I know the aquarium isnt a good idea but I was told by the breeder I got the little guy from that it should be fine for a little bit, I guess I just don't know how long a little bit is.

Thank you all so much

cup feed him. i have a pair of jackons chameleons and i put my dubia roaches in a bowl (just because i have 2 so i dont use a cup) and they run right over. and none of the roaches get out :)

well seeing as you lifted the bottom of the screen cage up so it is smaller it looks like it might be ok in size. maybe if you could shrink it a little bit more. 5 weeks old is really really young and hard to take care of.
i would deffo get him out of the aquarium though
i hope all is well with the little guy

yeah I am sorry I should have mentioned that. I took about 2' off the height of the enclosure to make it work for him at this age. The breeder I got him from said she never cup fed her's and always just let them free range feed. I was kinda hoping to go down the same road. I have had no luck getting him to eat anything from my hand or tongs, I attempted waxworms and crickets with no luck. I also had a feeder up set up but he more or less stayed away from it. Maybe I had it set up incorrectly? I just don't wanna deal with any RI's and I don't wanna stress him.

Where'd you get him dude?

A local breeder that I came into contact with thru a local reptile show. I am from Michigan about 45 mins north of Detroit.

Actually the Romeo/Sterling Heights area. I live in Ray Twp but nobody usually know's where that is.
