Enclosure setup with minimal stress.

Good afternoon. I'm a first time owner and I have been reading a good bit from this site and others. I likely won't post much after this as I spend most my time just reading others posts. I do have a question though regarding setting up his enclosure or adding to it with minimal stress? I have a decent setup now but I look at pics here and it seems I need more walkways for Milo. Him being a baby about 4.5" long I guess maybe a month or so old. I don't want to cause any long term fear towards me, causing distrust. So what's the typical procedure for altering an enclosure? Thank you

There are few different ways you can approach this. One, have very thing you need set and ready to go and do it all at once. Move slowly and make little or no eye contact. Two, do a small amount of changes every day or two letting him relax between. I plan my changes for a day mine are going to their outdoor cages and do everything then including cleaning. If outdoors isn't an option then maybe an indoor free range on a house plant by a window. The window won't provide UVB but might be distracting enough to make it worth it to your cham. You could even let him/her climb on to the plant themselves.

I like the plant idea. I set up my babies plants like this so they can't escape. It would be very hard to find a little one even indoors. I call them my baby free ranges.

Thank you very much. I suppose I will get another small plant for him to rest on and I will get it all done at one time. I appreciate the help folks.
