Egg Sweat Issue

I had an egg start to sweat and about 2-3 days later it was slit and the baby hatched normally. Now i have another egg that was sweating but 5 days have passed and no slitting? From what ive read this usually means the hatchling is going to be dead inside the egg. How long should I wait before investigating. The egg has not discolored and seems to be the same color it was before (nice and white). Has anyone had an egg hatch 5 days after sweating?

Just leave it be. I've had eggs hatch a week after sweating, and I've had eggs hatch without sweating at all. Temperature and moisture fluctuations cause eggs to not hatch uniformly most of the time.
