Egg-laying Enclosure

So with the temps of February here (hot one day, freezing cold the next) , I decided to build a temporary laying enclosure for one of my females. So I can keep more stable temps inside my garage, then the GOC. So I spent Sunday morning putting one together. Started out with putting a wire rack on wheels together.

Then I made a removable front out of 2' x 2's and the stapled the mesh to the wood frame.
Then I climbed up a tree and chopped down a few select branches, and added a few plants.
Hard part of this project was finding right soil free of fertilizers.

It might have been 50 degees outside during the day, but a nice toasty 75 to 80 inside the garage. The female was not to happy to lose her roomy 7'x7'x7' outside diggs, but started to settle in by days ends.

Oops! I guess I should have had topic read Egg-laying enclosure. I had the Forum topic (chameleon breeding) stuck in my head, when typing out topic.
