Eating Advice anyone?

Hi, name is Greg. I just got my first juvenile veiled chameleon from FL CHAMS. I live in california and it was shipped from florida....long trip..porr guy.
I just had a few questions. I have a 18x18x24 cage...some live non toxic plants and proper lighting. I have been mising him twice to three times per day and trying to leave him alone to let him adjust. But hes been here 3 days and has not eaten and even looks a little bit thinner. Is this normal? Any advice on what i can/should do?

Hes prob just getting acclimated. They can go a few days without eatting as long as hes drinking he will be ok. What size feeders are you providing him? They should be about the same size as the space between his eyes. So prob about 1/4" at his age. If he wont eat crix try something else. Get him some small horns its hard for them to resist anything green.

Think you were right. He was probably just getting acclimated. He seems to be eating now and looks alot fatter.
