Is it alright to feed adult dubias? i was worried about the wings on the males but spike can take down preety big roaches now no problem.

I feed them to my lizards including adult veileds and mellers.

Nobody pulls the wings off bugs for the wild chameleons.

:)

One thing people fail to realize, however, is that captive chameleons are pets - not just animals in the wild. You wouldn't have your dog living like a wild canine, would you?

(Just saying. It's not prticularly relevant to this thread, but most every instance of "It doesn't happen in the wild, so why do it in captivity?")

appropriate feeder size

the wings arent really an issue, but size is, as a general rule, you shouldnt feed any feeders that are wider across than the distance between the back two corners of their mouth. they dont really have full chewing capability, so you dont want to feed them anything they cannot comfortably swallow whole. jmo
