early sleeper veiled cham, cause for concern??

hey so i got my baby veiled chameleon about 3 weeks ago, he is eating like crazy waxworms, meal worms, flies, crickets..you name it he drinks regulary, has proper lighting and a 16x18x32 screen cage, it might be bigger though. my only worry about him is that hes been going to sleep a little earlier than usual, before it used be when i turned the lights off he would go and find a spot to sleep, but now he is going to sleep before i shut the off..this is weird to me because i have worked with other reptiles and they usually work in certain patterns and habits so it worries me a little bit.The only thing i did differently was switching up his food a few times a week, and i also had to put his cage in front of a window this past week, so idk if he got too much uv or something, but but any advice is helpful:)

How much earlier is he going to sleep? Do you have your lights on a timer? My chams anticipate bedtime and always get ready for bed before lights out. It isn't unusual, but mine have learned this behaviour so if you've only had your Cham a short time, I doubt he's learned this yet.

Also, UV rays do not pass through windows, so putting your Cham in front of the window will not provide any extra UVB to him, so that is not the cause.

well he is going to sleep maybe 2-3 hours earlier than usual, and no im the one that has to turn the light off and on. and i cant say i have a specific time to which i turn his lights off, but usually its around 11-12 at night and they are back on at 11-12. is there a timer that i can get that works with my regular lighting fixture i have for him, its nothing fancy.
