Hello I'm wondering which type of repashy products do you dust with for calcium and vitamins how often of each.

Thanks

I use the original strength Repashy Calcium Plus. I mix it about 50-50 with Sticky Tongue Farms Mineral -O. It gets used once or twice a week. The rest of the time, if dusting is required at all, I just use the Mineral-O.

There is a lower potency Repashy C+ available. Id feel comfortable using that as my sole product (which does not mean dusting daily - some types of feeder prey do not need dusting).

You want to think about your particular situation rather than follow other peoples schedules though. For example, do your chameleons spend time outside getting natural light UVB? if so, they don't need much if any vitamin D added to their diets. Do you gutload and does your gutload contain fat soluable vitamins? You might reduce the amount of vitamin supplement. the type of feeder prey being offered matters, and the type of chameleon you have matters greatly too.

I assume the 'o' stands for 'outdoor' formula?
I have wanted to try their stuff, but confused which formula to buy.

I use the repashy c+ regular about once a week, the rest of the time, it's plain calcium. But I agree, dont just follow someone else's schedule, their whole set up may be way different. Like if they live in FL or CA, or on the east coast, like me, where chams can only go outside a short time of the year.
What you gut load with will also determine which suppliments to use, and when.

I have found out (the hard way) to buy ONLY organicly grown fruits and veggies for my bugs and animals.
I have killed to many crickets with greens and had trace pesticides. And the ones that dont die, get transfered to your chams!!
