DuroLux Dual Fixture for Plants?

I'd just about settled on two 70W Sansi lights for plant lights (48" x 24" enclosure), when I happened to find this DuroLux 48" dual T5 fixture that comes with bulbs for $50.

Is anyone using—or had any experience with—this fixture or brand?
It's a lot less than $130 for two single Sunblaster units or $120 for the two Sansi lights.

Or am I missing something (entirely possible)?

Individual reflectors for each bulb is key vs a single reflector that holds both bulbs.

I do not know anything about that dual. But the reflector panel does not look smooth like the panels you see in reptile used fixtures... I would be a bit worried about that.
I prefer singles after having ballast issues.
You can buy the generic single sunblasters as well at pangea reptile.

In the case of UVB I get that. This is for a plant light.
Two (4 bulbs) would still be cheaper than two (single tube) Sunblasters.

One (dual) is still $30 less than two of Pangea's generic.

Appreciate the input; still undecided & talking it over with the Missus...
