I know dubias will eat each other if they don't have food for a long time. If an adult roach is dying, I know the younger ones will eat it. Males will also chew the wings off of other males. But those are the only reasons I have ever experienced with Dubia roaches eating each other.

If your keeping them fed, I'm sure your just seeing the molted / shedded exoskeletons. These are signs of your roach colony growing.
