Dubia Colony advice

My chameleon showed no interest in crickets so i tried him on dubia roaches...well he can't get enough of them. I've decided to use them as his staple diet. They aren't as cheap as crickets so i have started a colony.

I just have a few questions if you could help me out a bit.

First of all i'll explain my set-up in case you can offer some advice.

I have a large smooth plastic tub with a large hold cut into the lid with some screen attached. Inside the box I have numerous egg trays for them to hide in. I'm using 2 shallow dishes in the bottom, one for a dry diet and the other for water crystals. Underneath the container i have a heat mat hooked up to a thermostat.

In my colony i have approx 7 males and 25 female.

I don't plan on feeding them off unil i've left them for 3-4 months.

Ok now question time:

Is it better to separate my feeders from my breeders or just pick them out as ans when I need them?

If in a few months I have say 200 females and they in turn have 30 babies a month that's 6000 babies a month! what the hell am i to do with the excess?

How often should I be cleaning them out? I've read many conflicting things.

I feed mine high protein diet of Iams cat food, to keep them from wing biting and aggressive behavior. My feeders, minimal, are separated into another bin for a diet cleansing, to rid them of cat food. I still feed them same as feeder roaches also. Actually, my guys won't touch 'em. But worth the try. My extras, I trade back to the pet stores for store credit, usually crickets. Way worth the effort. Clean once a month.

I just have one cham and a Leo so I started with 30 (10) males and (20) females. I feed straight from my breeder colony. I also do not change their diet and feed them gut load at all times. I keep a craigslist add up with roaches for sale and trade off some to pet stores.
