Dropping Leaves?

Got a new umbrella plat about a week ago and placed it in my cage.(It is about 2 ft. under a 60 watt basking bulb and a 5.0 reptiglo coil) Not able to move it closer to the light source. It is a small plant. It is dropping leaves. The leaves don't look droopy on the plant. Was just wondering is this natural from plant going from full sunlight to the cham lights? Should I get a 5000/6500k fixture or just wait till the plant adjusts to its new environment. Thanks

A 6500k bulb will help. The bulb will also make the cage brighter which is a good thing. The leaf drop is caused from going to great light to less light that is a different color temperature. Once it adjusts to the new light your get new leaves.
