Drip rate?

For those of you that have a dripping bucket, what is the drip rate, and how often are you required to fill it?

I have the little dripper from petco.
its set to drip roughly one drop every few seconds.
Theres no timer or speed on it, you just open or close the knob until it gets to a drip rate you like.
At night I turn it off.
I have to refill it every other day or so.

I refill my drippers twice a day...they actually are constantly dripping, just that it's a very tiny stream. But I like that better since it keeps the plant soil moist and the humidity up, and they still last a good 4-6 hours. That way my chams can drink any time they want

I also have the "Little Dripper". Daily i drip 16oz at one drop per second. At this rate it will drip this way for about 2 hours. I'll do this about 3 times a day, few hours apart.

If i'm going to be away for a full day. I'll just full it and let it drip (granted i have decent drainage)

I would be nice to go for a day without having to fill up my bucket agian, but I also dont want to flood the plants out..

none of my plants get flooded. in fact i use them to catch the excess dripping water.
the way i have it set, i don thave to refill the dripper every day, mainly every other.
