I am getting a chameleon but first I want everything set up before I get him. I am reading and reading about a drainage system but still I have no ideal what to do. Is there anything I can just go to the store to just purchase? I would think there is something out there. I need the most simple was to do it. Thank you, Diane

honestly, no. What kind of enclosure are you getting? screend cage or terrarium? If you search around on here there are alot of members who have come up with some ingenius systems to drain the water out of the bottom. Can you go to the store and just buy a "drainage system" no. I think they sell pans for the bottom that are removable for the screen cages, but they stil hold water. Some people drill holes and put buckets underneath if you are talking a screen cage.
