drainage for a large cage?

I drilled holes(small enough so no feeders escape) in the plastic bottom that comes with the Reptibreeze and put a couple heavy rocks in the middle so it slopes towards the centre. I have a bowl underneath the cage to catch the water that runs through. Simple but it works.

I drilled a hole large enough for a PVC pipe and place some metal screen in the hole so it makes it cricket proof

I drilled many holes in a drain pattern in the center of the pvc bottom. Cage sits on a wire rack shelf. A tub underneath collects the water.

but its one of the large cage and its standing from floor up.

Simple...raise the cage frame up on something to create room for a collection container (like a plastic shoebox or other shallow container). For example, set the cage frame on cinder blocks or bricks, drill some drain holes in the center of the cage floor, arrange your plant pots so the floor sags slightly toward the center, and put thebox under the hole. If the cage floor is too rigid to sag, you can also tip the entire cage slightly so the water tends to run to one spot...then either mop up the water from that spot when needed or drill your drain and put the container underneath.
