If you're wondering about the blue spots they get those when they are ready to lay eggs i think so you should get her a lay bin ready

That is a male.

Do you mean the darker blue/grey spots? If so it looks like the start of a burn and they are in the typical areas for burns on Veileds. It is theorized that pain receptors in chameleons, and most reptiles, are quite far down in the skin layer so they don’t realize they are getting burned until it is too late.

Verify that your lights aren’t too close - you want to move them further away not so to further hurt your chameleon - and are of the proper wattage to obtain the temps you need.
