yes she has a laying bin but she's been a really dark colour all day with like greenish patches all over her face , she doesn't look healthy at all , looks really tired and lafargic

I don't really pester her much because I've had her about 2 weeks and she's been completely fine the whole time we've had her apart from now

A couple husbandry things I see right off but may not related because you haven't had her long.
Your supplement program may not be optimum. Below is from the care sheet https://www.chameleonforums.com/care/caresheets/veiled/
"Supplementation:
Feeder insects should be lightly dusted with powdered supplement before being fed to your chameleon. Many keepers successfully use calcium (without D3 or phosphorus) at nearly every feeding, multivitamin once every 2 weeks, and calcium with D3 once every 2 weeks."
Others on this forum use Repashy low D lightly on every feeding instead of the above rotation.
Are you offering her any fresh fruits or vegetables? Any gut load items for insects are good for veiled. Plain lettuce and the orange cubes aren't the best for gut load.
Is 4 locust all she will eat or all that you offer?
Is she dark when the light is on or only when the light is off?
Your fountain will need to be cleaned daily to prevent bacterial contamination.

Sorry, I had to go back to work for a minute. If your cham is turning dark there are two common causes. Sometimes they darken to better absorb heat when they are basking or are kept too cold. The other reason can be as a response to stress or illness. If you don't think it is for the first reason then you need to fix up any husbandry issues and consider seeing a vet if you don't see improvement or she gets worse.
Other color changes occur in mature veiled females see care sheet for pictures.
