so i checked out the little link above about the diy chameleon cages...im intrested in buying the 2x2x4 ft cage...has anyone ever used any of there products? and if so are there cages good quality?

my 16x16x36 was zoomed and my 2x2x4 is diy. i love it. they are of equal quality i believe. plus shipping is free!:D they have a handle on the door but the bottom doesnt swing out like the repti breeze. it really comes down to your preference i believe... they're both nice cages.

The only thing I don't like about the cages is that the bottom doesn't swing open like Lucky said. It makes it harder when I go to clean out the cages. The latch is a little different than the other cages but that is about the only difference.

The price can not be beat!

The bottom of my diy cage swivels open for cleaning, no problem there. You just have to not install a row of screws, like the instructions said. I also have an lllreptile 2x2x4, which turned out good except for the front door being tough to open-the bottom is a tight fit and jams which I need to fix somehow.

they are local to me, but shop I work at carries them (that and we are competition with LLL)

We tried not putting the screws in but found the door didn't close properly and there was no latch to hold the bottom shut... and if there was a branch leaning on it or something it would pop open... I suppose it could be modified to have some sort of latch...
