Disinfecting plants before using for another cham

I have lost both my wild caught carpet ladies. They were treated for parasites because of this but died anyway. NEVER again will I invest in wild caughts.

Anyway, can I reuse a plant that was in one of the cages? How do I clean it? Do I need to bite the bullet and just toss it? It really is a great plant.

I agree-plant them in the landscaping somewhere and get a new one. Sorry about your loss. There is certainly something to be said for CB-I have lost WC Chams, but also have Evil the WC Nosy who seems to be thriving even after 2 years.

~sigh~ that's what I thought you'd say. If it was one of my old ladies I would just clean it up and repot, but who knows what these females died of. I did a C-section on both and removed eggs. Put them in bins but don't know if that will be successful. It would be nice to have 43 baby carpets though.
