are there any reptile safe disinfectants?

if your talking about to disinfect the cage i use a 10% bleach and water mixture and let it sit for a few min to kill bacteria and then regular water to wipe it all down.

do you do that while the cham is in the cage or take it out to do it?

i take him out until it is all dry and clean, i usually let it air out for 10 min or so because of the bleach smell.

I use a steam cleaner
of vinegar and water solution.
and yes the cham is removed first
