Discoloration on arm, what is it?

Are these burns? It is only on his one side on his front and back leg. He has never burnt himself before and I've never seen him climb on the top of his enclosure before (not that that means he doesn't do it).
I have a regular house bulb for heat and a UVB.. both in their own dome. They are sitting on the mesh top of the screen enclosure but the bulb of course isn't touching... you can see my setup here: https://www.chameleonforums.com/homes-my-mojo-derpy-113552/

I know these aren't the best pictures becuase he wouldn't stop moving. It's the purple/pink looking color close to his elbow and knee. He doesn't seem to be in pain.. but how can I be the judge of that. I took these pictures last night and he looks about the same this morning. I will of course check again once I get home.

I agree, I think a shed also. I don't think the color is anything to worry about. He may just shed that leg too and nothing else.

Thanks so much for the responses I am definetly at ease about it now. I have never seen that from him before in such a direct spot but I understand and can see it now. I think I may be a little over protective of my boys...
