Discoid Roach Nymphs and Cricket Crunch

Just wondering a few things about Discoid Roach nymphs and Cricket Crunch. Will using the Cricket Crunch help the nymphs to grow faster compared to not using it? And do the nymphs need the Cricket Crunch, or an equivalent, in order to grow properly and to not turn cannibalistic and start to eat one another, or does that just occur with the Discoid adults biting others' wings?

Well, if you don't feed them they will cannibalize. What you feed them matters too. Don't use cat/dog/fish food and use healthy foods for the best growth and healthiest feeders.

Well I have only been feeding them fruits and veggies, only apples and oranges for a little while now. But I was just wondering about Cricket Crunch specifically and if it helped them grow faster or prevented them from becoming cannibalistic. I know about the wing biting in the adults if there is a lack of protein in their diet, but wasn't sure if that was the same case for the nymphs, in the form of cannibalism though, because of the absence of wings they couldn't wing bite lol.

I don't know what cricket crunch is, so I can't comment on the nutritional value. Post the ingredients.

All I know about it is that it's a high protein dry gutload intended for crickets and roaches. Dave, from smallpetfeeders, sends samples when I order something from his site every now and then. Would you be able conclude anything with just knowing that it is a high protein dry gutload or would you need specifics?

I know Dave is really into providing the best products for your pets. I bet its a good food, but again, without knowing what's in it I can't comment on it specifically.

That's ok. If they're fine with just eating fruits and veggies I'm fine with it. I was just curious to know if the Cricket Crunch would boost their growth rate to any significance. Thanks
